I would
just like you to know how much I enjoyed
your presentation. There was definitely no
nodding off after lunch! It was high paced,
informative and the info I learned will be
put into my practice. I learned a lot of new
info that impacts my practice. Such as no
sex, no wild meat and no travel so I will
stay home, not have sex and enjoy from
freshly washed carrot sticks!

Thanks for a terrific week. I gained more
useful knowledge than I can explain, and you
reinforced so much of which I more or less
had known over the years but had gotten a
little rusty with. I have gone 46 years
knowing much of what you threw out there for
us on diet, but somehow never really
appreciated the ramifications to cut down on
the fast food and higher fat stuff given my
generally "healthy athletic
lifestyle"-thinking that I could eat pretty
much anything while exercise would take care
of everything. My wife has been amazed that
my only visits to a fast food restaurant
since your course has been to go to the
bathroom, and we now have 15 lbs of
blueberries in our freezer, to go with our
yearly 40 quarts of homemade tomato sauce. I
guess it's like when everyone else can tell
you about your neuroses, but you have to go
to the shrink and pay someone to believe it.
The time went so fast, and I was never bored
with your lectures. Keep doing what you are
doing! I look forward to your upcoming

I attended a seminar in Little Rock, AR. It was absolutely GREAT!! Now
that’s learning. I LEARNED AND LAUGHED the whole way through. I always knew
learning could be fun. Now I have proof! I learned more about lab
interpretation and how to apply it than in nursing school and in practice.
Just imagine if all courses were that fun. People wouldn’t be able to wait to
get there. What a lovely way to look at nursing! I think I needed the "nursing
lift", just as much as the learning. Thanks a million!
